First, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our shareholders for their ongoing support.

We wish to offer our heartfelt condolences to those who lost their lives in the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake that struck on January 1, 2024, and we express our sincerest sympathy to all victims. We sincerely hope that the affected areas will recover as quickly as possible.

Based on its management philosophy, "contributing to society by providing safety and security," the Okabe Group develops construction-related products in Japan, North America and Indonesia as its core business.

We have recently adopted Okabe Corporate Vision 2040 as our vision of the future and what we want to be in 2040. We also established a new medium-term management plan, OX-2026 (okabe Transformation 2026), with fiscal 2024 as its first year to realize this vision. To further advance sustainability management, we have set the following business strategies in the new medium-term management plan: we will (1) be customer-centric (improve systems and implement initiatives to solve customer issues on a priority basis), (2) practice human capital management and strengthen management foundations and (3) further promote DX.

In addition, to achieve a PBR of over 1x, we have included measures to enhance shareholder returns through changes to our shareholder return policy and other measures.
